Today I’m thankful that my mom puts the “fun” in functional.

When your mom is an accomplished seamstress and you teach Kindergarten in the middle of a pandemic, she keeps you stocked in fun masks to wear to school each day. She’s got the design down pat, and she’s made me a ton with different fabrics and patterns. I’m not kidding you – I have masks with dog paws, dinosaurs, knights and dragons, stars, butterflies, kitties, Winnie the Pooh, fish, jungle animals, Paw Patrol characters, Peppa Pig, the ABCs, and on and on. Her Cinderella mask was an especially big hit when I wore it to school last week!

Guys, my mom is amazing. There are no less than 42 million reasons why this statement is true, but right now I’m especially thankful for her awesome sewing skills. I received a package in the mail Tuesday with these new designs to rotate into my mask collection.

Thanks Mom! I love them, and I love you!
